What is Plum Flower – Fertile Fields (Fu Ke Zhong Zi Wan)?

Plum Flower – Fertile Fields Teapills is a Chinese Herbal Medicine formula which tonifies and invigorates blood, warms the uterus, and warms Kidney yang. It is recommended for supporting normal fertility when cold affecting the uterus inhibits the release or implantation of the egg (a common reason for hormonal infertility in women). It is also applicable to address amenorrhea, scanty or spotty menses, and as a post-menstrual tonic to help replenish and recover full vitality.

Secondary symptoms pointing to the appropriate use of this formula include: dry skin and hair, poor memory, sore lower back and knees, and cold limbs.
