Tian Wang Bu Xin Wan - Emperor's Teapill
This is one of the most famous herbal formulas in Traditional Chinese Medicine. It is used by Chinese doctors for insomnia associated with palpitations (a sensation of the heart beating, which is usually not felt), poor memory and anxiety.
One may also have:
- difficulty staying asleep
- many dreams
- seminal emission in men
- dry mouth or mouth and tongue ulcers
- dry stool
Chinese herbs work differently from Western drugs -- they help clear the root of the problem. Often these herbs work better if taken for some time, depending on the severity and length of symptoms.
