Dried Asian Pear (slices) – Xueli Li Gan has a long history of use in folk cuisine in China as an ingredient added to soups and stews, it is cooling, moistening and nourishing to the body and was traditionally used to sooth sore throats and to gently nourish and moisten the lungs.

Herbal Ingredients:

  • Dried Asian Pear (slices) – Xueli Li Gan Premium Raw Herb

Suggested Usage for Dried Asian Pear (slices) – Xueli Li Gan:

Simmer approximately 15 grams of the raw root per pint of water for 20-60 minutes. Do not let the water come to hard boil (this will destroy many of the constituents you want in the decoction). Discard the leftover plant material and drink the remaining liquid. This will keep for approximately 48 hours in the fridge before losing its medicinal efficacy.
