Er Chen Wan – Lan Zhou Foci Brand

Er Chen Wan is the base formula used for centuries in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) to clear phlegm from the upper and middle jiaos (head, chest, and abdominal regions of the body). If you have “endless” phlegm, this formula is for you – but only if the phlegm is white or clear. Use in cases of excessive phlegm congestion in stomach, lungs, sinuses or ears.

General symptoms that may point to an excess of phlegm may include: coughing up copious amounts of clear/white sputum (that is relatively easy to expectorate); stifling sensations in the chest/chest congestion; nausea, vomiting, and poor appetite; and clear watery diarrhea. These symptoms will usually appear in conjunction with a white, moist, or greasy tongue coating.

Er Chen Wan may also help to address*:

  • chronic bronchitis, emphysema, and asthma
  • chronic gastritis
  • nasal discharge
  • Meniere’s disease
  • phlegm-related nodules or lumps
  • any other issues related to an excess of phlegm and mucus in the stomach and chest (e.g. morning sickness, hangovers, acid regurgitation and heartburn, etc…)
