Jian Pi Wan – by Min Shan is a Chinese Medicine formula for use when chronic Spleen qi deficiency (i.e. chronic weak digestion) results in food accumulation in the stomach and digestive tract. Symptoms indicating the use of this formula include poor digestion and appetite, epigastric or abdominal distention/bloating, borborygmus, nausea, fatigue, and loose stools.

- Zhi Shi – Immature Bitter Orange – Fructus Aurantii Immaturus

- Mai Ya – Sprouted Barley – Fructus Hordei Germinatus
- Shan Zha – Hawthorn Berry – Fructus Crataegi
