Plum Flower – Bao He Teapills – Bao He Wan

Plum Flower – Bao He Teapills, or  Bao He Wan is a Chinese Herbal Medicine formula recommended for those with indigestion, acid reflux, and bloating (that has at its root food stagnation). The chief herb in this formula, Shan Zha (Hawthorn berry), is especially effective at helping to digest greasy meats (and oils and grease in the digestive system in general).

Take Bao He Wan when you’ve overeaten at Thanksgiving, and any other time you feel too full. May be taken on a regular basis when your system needs extra help with digestion.
