I’ve been taking these for about ten days. Six pills. I ordered them to help with menopause issues- vaginal dryness. I think they may be helping, tho not sure yet. However acne on my back is completely gone. The bad…..they certainly cause a change in digestion-a mild stomach ache a few hours later and extra trips to the bathroom. I’m hopeful these will subside.
