Xuan Bi Teapills– by Plum Flower (aka “Drain away obstruction pills”) is a useful formula to address joint pain and soreness, especially when there is heat, redness, swelling, pain and/or reduced mobility. This formula is also helpful for joint pain/soreness that gets worse in damp weather.

This formula is contraindicated during pregnancy
