Xiang Sha Yang Wei Wang – by Min Shan is a Chinese Medicine formula (based on Er Chen Wan) that is useful for chronic digestive complaints with such symptoms abdominal bloating, accumulation of food matter and phlegm in the digestive tract, nausea, vomiting, acid regurgitation, stomach gurgling (borborygmus), and loose stools.

Clinical note: This focus of this formula is on moving qi and dispelling the accumulations of dampness that are the immediate causes of the digestive complaints being presented (and less so on the underlying Spleen qi deficiency).
