Warnings
My mother-in-law gave me a bottle of an old Chinese herbal medicine ( many years ago) to help with bruises and pain. This one seems to be similar to it. I really like it.
I sometimes get pain in my leg/hip. I strongly suspect a repetitive motion injury from an old job. For some reason, this relieves the pain even better than Tiger Balm.
One application and I can feel a difference. More, and it gets better in increments. Highly recommended!
Good for minor pain, need something for deeper and longer lasting product.
As a kung fu stylist I have used several different formulas of Dit Da Jow and my Sifu makes his own based on a secret formula. I bought this to test in the event my Sifu runs out. I think Lung Choy Shung is equal to my teachers formula and will be a good substitute if needed. I used it for knee pain and it works. I need to further test it for bruising, insect bites, burns etc.
I love this medicine, thank heavens my mom recommended to me when she lived in San Francisco Chinatown. Its the best, non-addicting medicine to help relieve joint swelling, bruising from falls, and sprains. I am 70 and very active skier, kayaker, runner. Try it, you won’t be disappointed!
