This “herb” is food, so there is no “dosage” as such, although they are quite high in sugar content. You can eat the dates singly, cook them into oatmeal, porridge, or congee, which is a good prep method for folks with very weak digestion that are having trouble keeping enough food down to recover from a weakened state. They are also yummy baked into cakes, cookies, muffins, etc.
