Cardamom is also useful to address food stagnation (i.e. food that is poorly digested) and as such is a great herb to use if you have, say, overeaten at a holiday dinner and have indigestion, belching, acid regurgitation, etc…
This product is cardamom in liquid form, so you can use the dropper to dispense a little bit into a cup of water or tea (or just take it straight) and it can help alleviate digestive distress.
