Maintenance Serving: Dissolve 1-2 droppers (1/2 tsp.) in warm water or juice 2-3 times daily.

I highly recommend the Sargassum liquid extract to people with Hashimoto Thyroid symptoms that are not allergic to seaweeds. I wrote a review today 5/10/21 that was incorrect. I purchased two bottles of Hai Zao. I indicated that the merchandise was expired 4/21. After contacting the company I realized that I did not properly read the label. 4/21 was not the expiration date it was the bottle date. My apology to the company for my failure to properly read the label! I will continue to purchase merchandise from you.
