Filtered water, ethyl alcohol (20%) and a proprietary blend of the following herbal extracts decocted at a 1:1 ratio (gm herb to ml menstrrm):
**1/4 tspn. (1.25 ml) contains extractives of 1250 mg of plant material. (1 tsp = 5 ml)
Shake Well before each use.
Maintenance Serving: Dissolve 1-2 droppers (1/2 tsp.) in warm water or juice 2-3 times daily.
Augmented Serving: Take 1 full tsp. 2 to 3 times daily in warm water or juice or as directed by a qualified herbalist familiar with the use of Chinese herbs and formulas.
To evaporate alcohol place in hot water.

Although I wasn’t diagnosed, I think I’m a covid survivor with long term effects that have created breathing and congestion difficulties. After my first bottle (mixing a. dosage with Lung Soother Tea two-three times daily) I can see improvement. I ordered four bottles, and I plan to use them to gauge my improvement. Nothing has worked as well and as quickly as this. I encourage you to try it. It’s reasonably priced, well packaged, and my condition is improving. What more could I ask for?
