Plum Flower – Autumn Rain Teapills (Sha Shen Mai Men Dong Wan), aka Adenophora and Ophiopogon Decoction Pills is a classical formula in Chinese Herbal Medicine that nourishes the body when there is a lack of body fluids. To do this, it nourishes the Lung and the Stomach in order to help produce healthy body fluids and moisten dryness.

This formula is often used in conditions of general dryness accompanied by cough with small amounts of sticky white phlegm, dry mouth and throat, feverish sensation in the palms and soles, and night sweating. These often occur during prolonged bronchitis and tuberculosis.
