What is Plum Flower – Huo Xiang Zheng Qi Wan:

Plum Flower – Huo Xiang Zheng Qi Wan is a Chinese Herbal Medicine formula designed to address acute onset gastro-intestinal disorders characterized by nausea, vomiting, fever, headache, loose stools/diarrhea, and abdominal bloating/distention (what TCM theory calls “Wind-Cold with Interior impairment and Dampness Retention”).

This formula may be used to address any number of “conditions” that come on suddenly, such as: stomach flu/virus, colitis, acute gastroenteritis, motion-sickness, or morning sickness (if pregnant, consult a licensed practitioner before taking). In modern times, it is most often used to treat food poisoning, often requiring only one or two doses to achieve relief.
