While the results vary among studies and individuals, over 60% of people who had hair loss (alopecia) experienced hair regrowth within 3 months after taking He Shou Wu. In animal studies with aging mouse models, He Shou Wu was shown to lower total cholesterol and triglyceride, to reduce brain pathological changes and promote learning and memory. It is also shown to contain multiple anti-oxidants.

Filtered water, ethyl alcohol (20%) and a blend of the following dry herbs decocted at a 1:1 ratio (gm herb to ml menstruum):
* Percent proportion of starting herb & listed in descending order. ** 20 drops – 1/4 tsp. (1.25 ml) & contains extractives of 1250 mg of plant material.. (1 tsp. = 5 ml – 5000mg of raw herb)
Shake Well before each use.
Maintenance Serving: Dissolve 1-2 droppers (1/2 tsp.) in warm water or juice 2-3 times daily.
