Zhi Bai Di Huang Wan – Rehmannia Eight – Rehmannia 8 is a famous Chinese Herbal Medicine formula for helping with menopausal symptoms, but can be helpful for men with some of the same symptoms. This shows up as several or many of the following symptoms:

  • Insomnia
  • Night sweats
  • Flushed cheeks
  • Hot flashes
  • Hot palms and soles of feet
  • Dry mouth
  • Anxiety
  • Nosebleeds (possibly)
  • Bleeding gums (possibly)
  • Chronic sore throat that’s red
  • Weak or sore knees
  • Blurred vision (possibly)

Filtered water, ethyl alcohol (20%) and a blend of the following dry herbs decocted at a 1:1 ratio (gm herb to ml menstruum):

** Each ml contains extractives from 1000 mg of raw herb. (1 tsp = 5 ml)

Dosage Instructions for Eight Flavor Tea – Zhi Bai Di Huang Tang

Shake Well before each use.

Maintenance Serving: Dissolve 1-2 droppers (1/2 tsp.) in warm water or juice 2-3 times daily.

Augmented Serving: Take 1 full tsp. 2 to 3 times daily in warm water or juice or as directed by a qualified herbalist familiar with the use of Chinese herbs and formulas.

To evaporate alcohol place in hot water.

    Just look at the aura surrounding the bottle of the tincture in the picture – that’s not why I bought this and I just bought two more bottles but I bought this because I was taking the tea pills and they relieved my hot flashes but I was looking for a good quality tincture and came across this product. It is fabulous tasting still takes care of the flashes and the price is excellent! This also has a subtle but powerful way of making me feel good and strong, I believe it is good as an anti-aging formula and for balance. It really seems to diminish a lot of the stress I was having making me calmer. I’ve bought 3 bottles already – this is not easy to find in tincture so I love that this company carries it, thank you!
