What is Tian Zhu Huang?:

The Chinese Herb Tian Zhu Huang is produced from a silica gel that forms in the hollow stem of the bamboo plant (weaver’s bamboo– Bambusa textilis). Heat is applied to the bamboo, and the gel is secreted from the nodes and crystallizes in the air.
