Six Flavor Teapills (Liu Wei Di Huang Wan) – by Min Shan is one of the most important Chinese Herbal Medicine formulas for addressing Kidney and Liver yin deficiency and is often used to address gynecological concerns such as menopause, fatigue, menstrual irregularities, and insomnia. Its applicability, however, is far broader than simply helping regulate women’s health concerns. Kidney and Liver Yin deficiency is a very common pattern of imbalance in the hustle culture of the West, and has many of the following symptoms:
