I’ve been using Ban Lan Gen Chong Ji for a few years now to keep me well. It kept me well for a good while. When my diabetes and stress drug down my immunity, it really helped keep me from getting really sick. When I contracted CV19, it significantly lessened my symptoms. This also happened when I was vaccinated with the 1st dose of the CV19 Moderna vaccine. I highly recommend having some of this in your cupboard!
The one negative I have is this:
I wish I knew of a sugar free version.
