  1. So far, I’ve been taking these little pills for about 3 weeks to help with my IBS issues. I’m quite skeptical as a rule, but these really do seem to help me. I take 12 at a time, 2x a day with warm water. I’ve felt considerably better since I started taking them. I even like the taste of these weird little things! Unless the beneficial effects stop, I plan to keep taking these.
