  • To achieve best results, start your regimen with at least 3 to 5 tea bags daily for 1 to 2 weeks. After that, you may lower the daily dosage for everyday maintenance.
  • Proper Brewing will ensure that you get all the benefits this tea can offer.
  • Steep 1 or 2 tea bags in hot water for 5 to 8 minutes for hot tea.
  • Use more tea bags for a stronger tea. Tea bags can be reused until the water runs clear.
  • Steep in hot water and refrigerate or add ice for iced tea.
  • Squeeze the tea bag gently into the cup to release more beneficial ingredients.
  • Sweeten with your favorite sweetener if desired.

OmyGoodness eczema relief too!

I’ve been with battling eczema on the back of my neck for over a year! I love my doctor but his Rx meds are not helping and unnatural, pharmaceutically made! I have also been battling with hyperpigmentation on my face and my dermatologist has helped me with that but I want something that can go beneath the derma that is natural. Bravo Clear and Smooth Skin Herbal Tea and the ingredients caught my attention! I thought to myself “This may be ticket for long lasting affect and my derm Rx prescriptions are not cheap so I need an alternative maintenance plan!” Because I am frugal and only ordered 1 box to “try”, I place 1 tea bag in my special tea cup for the whole day, replenishing with hot water till the bag runs clear and then toss out. Let me tell you and I don’t lie…I HAVE NOT reached behind my neck to scratch the itchy dry patch of eczema in weeks! Omy goodness! I literally forgot about my eczema! And for my 73 year old face (I’m Asian so no raisin!) is devoid of wrinkles is smoother than ever and the dryness and peeling skin from rx tretinoin cream, the side affects of this medicine is a sign it is working, has subsided tremendously. My rosacea is beginning to clear up too! But I wasn’t expecting my eczema to clear up and so an added bonus to my skin care regime! I can drink this tea all day long and with this hot weather I’ll make lots of ice tea with added sweetness from monk sugar! Ordering the multi pack so I won’t have to be sooo frugal anymore 🙂 By the way, I checked out the cost on the “A” website, $2 more and buying direct from Bravo? Nope! I’m ordering from here at Best Chinese Medicine! Good stuff Bravo Clear and Smooth!
