- This is a short-term use formula, as both Uva Ursi & Wild Indigo are contraindicated for long term use.
- Wild Indigo contains quinolizine alkaloids, which can build up in the liver to toxic levels with long term usage. Short term use of this formula should not be problematic for healthy individuals, but those with liver problems should not use it.
- Oak bark contain salicylates and so those with an allergy should not use this formula; do not use if aspirin irritates your stomach.
- Do not use while pregnant

Fully resolving gut dysbiosis is a process that takes many weeks and goes through stages. This formula is intended for an early part of a gut restoration protocol when you first have to break up the film protecting the harmful gut flora as a precondition for restoring overall balance. Subsequent steps in the gut restoration process might include: identifying food intolerances that are triggering the body’s inflammation response, more general dietary changes, rebalancing the gut flora/gut ecology, rebuilding the tissue in the gut lining, etc… and generally require consultation with a healthcare professional to implement effectively.
The point is that this formula will not “cure” any particular gut disease (e.g. leaky gut or chronic gastritis) but rather should be used at the beginning of a gut flora restoration protocol for as long as it takes to breakup the biofilm; its use should then be discontinued and other herbs/supplements/interventions should take its place. How long this takes will vary in each individual case (depending on the severity of the biofilm) and we recommend determining this duration in consult with your physician.

Dosage Instructions

Take 1-2 dropperfuls, 2-3x/day. (One dropperful = 1 ml = approx. 30 drops)
This tincture is best administered by squirting the intended dosage into a cup of hot water or tea and then sipping the mixture over the course of at least 20 – 30 minutes so that the herbs can coat the lining of the stomach (i.e. coat the biofilm and soak in)
This formula is very, very astringent and drying should be taken no more than 2-3 weeks of consecutive day before stopping for at least 3-4 days to give your body a break… also, it is recommended to increase hydration for the duration of taking this formula.
Use with caution of you are sensitive to salicylates; contraindicated if you are allergic.
