Pinella Root Teapills (Qing Qi Hua Tan Wan) – by Min Shan is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) formula recommended for those with sinus congestion and cough (acute or chronic) when there is yellow, thick, sticky phlegm present. Coughs tending toward “barking” or “rattling” characteristics indicate the proper use of this formula.

This formula is not for use with dry coughs.

This formula may be used for the following:

  • Sinus congestion
  • Cough with thick, sticky or difficult to expel phlegm
  • Chronic asthma and emphysema w/phlegm-heat (i.e. yellow and/or sticky discharge).
