Plum Flower – Gui Pi Wan Teapills is a classical Chinese Herbal Medicine formula (c.1250 AD) which addresses fatigue and poor digestion (i.e. Spleen qi deficiency) that presents with sign of Heart blood deficiency, such as: insomnia/restless sleep (often with vivid or “excessive” dreaming), palpitations/anxiety, poor memory, and dizziness.

Gui Pi Wan can be also used as a tonic for women who feel weak between periods and for a variety of gynecological complaints w/blood deficincy at their root such as: amenorrhea, light or scanty menses, various bleeding disorders (e.g. aplastic anemia), etc…

Chinese herbs work differently from Western drugs; they help clear the root of the problem. Often these herbs work better if taken for some time, depending on the severity and length of symptoms.

  4. This product is the best if you have a cold Constitution and have troubles with your spleen! You we’ll know for sure if you are having trouble with your spleen if you have excess mucus that you cough up everyday. That is not the only sign though.
