Plum Flower Red Vessel Teapills is a Chinese Herbal Medicine formula which enters the channels and collaterals to invigorate the blood and break blood stasis that often occurs due to traumatic/sports injuries. Use this formula for acute trauma with swelling and bruising, especially injury to the soft tissue. Red Vessel teapills can also be helpful to support normal joint and muscle function.
Besides traumatic injury, this formula is also applicable hepatomegaly, splenomegaly, and angina and chest pain (due to Heart blood stagnation).
Other Ingredients: Hydrated magnesium silicate, Dextrin, Activated carton, China wax

These are so helpful for arthritic aches and pains. i do take a little less than half the recommended dose–they can be a little harsh on the stomach. Taking less than the recommended dose and sometimes taking your product called “Fare You” to reduce excess stomach acid is perfect for me.
