Plum Flower – Six Flavor Rehmannia (Liu Wei Di Huang Wan) is one of the most important Chinese Herbal Medicine formulas for addressing Kidney and Liver yin deficiency and is often used to address gynecological concerns such as menopause, fatigue, menstrual irregularities, and insomnia. Its applicability, however, is far broader than simply helping regulate women’s health concerns. Kidney and Liver Yin deficiency is a very common pattern of imbalance in the hustle culture of the West, and has many of the following symptoms:

I got this to help me with some hormonal issue: extreme hot flashes, night sweat, Yin deficiencies (severe dehydration aka-steaming bones). I’ve only taken it for one month but am continuing so as to get the full effects and help. I believe there have been minor changes thus far. But my symptoms are on the extreme end and it’s recommended to take it over time for best results. Very happy with the company and the herbs thus far.
