Plum Flower – Yao Tong Pian:

Yao Tong Pian is a Chinese Herbal Medicine formula that contains a blend of herbs that specifically target the health of the lower back (lumbar) area. These herbs nourish the energies of the Liver and Kidney organs and channels, which helps to strengthen the lower back and relax the muscles; also a helpful formula for sciatic nerve problems with shooting pain radiating down the back of the thigh.
