Pu Gong Ying (Asian Dandelion)- Liquid Extract (Tincture):

Pu Gong Ying (Asian Dandelion) has anti-viral and anti-bacterial properties and is often used to address such conditions as skin abscesses (with redness and swelling), breast lumps, and sore throat w/swollen glands. Furthermore it is found in Chinese Medicine formulas that can address systemic fever and/or infection in the body (see for example Ban Lan Gen Wan) b/c it directly enters the liver channel and assists the Liver in cleaning the lymph fluid and flushing the body of the waste products that accrue when the body is fighting off sickness.

Dosage Instructions for Pu Gong Ying (Asian Dandelion) – Liquid Extract (Tincture):

  • Shake Well before each use.
  • Maintenance Serving: Dissolve 1-2 droppers (1/2 tsp.) in warm water or juice 2-3 times daily.
  • Augmented Serving: Take 1 full tsp. 2 to 3 times daily in warm water or juice or as directed by a qualified herbalist familiar with the use of Chinese herbs and formulas.
  • To evaporate alcohol place in hot water.
