This is the famous Yunnan Baiyao (or Paiyao) in Pain Patch (Medicated Plaster) form. It helps to relieve aches and pains in muscles and joints and reduce swelling. I use my patches usually during the night to help me fall asleep if I’m having back pain. They do help. They are a little difficult to get on since I’m trying to put them on my lower back. Very sticky! I wish they were a little bigger to cover a larger area.
