Ease Combo (Xiao Yao Wan) – by Lao Wei is a well-known formula in Chinese Medicines used to alleviate a pattern of imbalance known as Liver qi stagnation. It is most often used to address premenstrual tension (PMS) and gynecological complaints with many or all of the following signs of Liver qi stagnation, such as:

  • irritability and frustrated or angry outbursts
  • bouts of anxiety and/or depression
  • abdominal/epigastric distention and bloating
  • abdominal pain and cramping
  • dysregulated menses
  • breast tenderness and distention;
