Huan Shao Tan Tang (Lycium Fruit Formula) is a Chinese Herbal Medicine formula that strengthens and revitalizes the body’s energy when naturally depleted due to age, postpartum, or after a lengthy illness (in terms of TCM, we say it tonifies Kidney yang). It also contains herbs that nourish and strengthen tendons and ligaments and can help address weak knees and sore lower back. Use this formula for many or all of the following symptoms:
Filtered water, ethyl alcohol (16-20%) and?a blend of the following dry herbs decocted at a 1:1 ratio (gm herb to ml menstruum):

Maintenance Serving: Dissolve 1-2 droppers (1/2 tsp.) in warm water or juice 2-3 times daily.
Augmented Serving: Dissolve 1 tsp. (5ml.) in warm water or juice 2-3 times daily or as directed by a qualified health care provider familiar with the use of Chinese herbs and formulas.
