Geng Nian Le (Yu Lam Brand) is a traditional soothing herbal formula that supports a healthy response to the body’s natural changes during menopause. (e.g. hot flashes, insomnia, and anxiety/restlessness). In terms of TCM theory, it strengthens and balances Kidney energy (both yin and yang), while also clearing away excess heat.
