Oregon Grape (Mahonia aquifolium / Berberis aquifolium) is an evergreen shrub native to the Pacific Northwestern US. Its roots and rhizome are rich in various antimicrobial alkaloids, (most notably berberine) which are bitter compounds in that stimulate bile release from the liver and gallbladder, which in turn supports the health of the skin, gastrointestinal tract, and immune system.

Maintenance Serving: Dissolve 1-2 droppers (1/2 tsp.) in warm water or juice 2-3 times daily.
Augmented Serving: Take 1 full tsp. 2 to 3 times daily in warm water or juice or as directed by a qualified herbalist
To evaporate alcohol place in hot water.
