Xiao Qing Long Wan – by Lao Wei:

Xiao Qing Long Wan – by Lao Wei (aka Blue Dragon Extract or Minor Blue – Green Dragon Pill) can help for cold/flu/”getting achy and sick” states of the body.ย  It is usually taken when one suffers from a sensitivity to cold weather, or is experiencing chills and fever (without sweating– “a high temperature body that is having a hard time releasing sweat”); other symptoms that suggest the appropriate use of this formula include body aches, wheezing or asthma, a cough that produces clear to white mucus, congestion in the chest, and a thick white coating on the tongue. The pills should be taken with plenty of water and for short duration only– until the wind-cold turns to heat and drops down deeper in the body (at which point other formulas are appropriate).

Really satisfied

I take this along with a few other herbs for emphysema. It made a difference as soon as I added it to my regimen.
