Zhuang Gu She Xiang Zhitong Gao is a traditional Chinese medicated plaster patch used topically for temporary relief of muscle aches, joint pain, back pain, and minor injuries.
Clean and dry the affected area, then peel the backing off the plaster and apply it directly to the skin. The patch can typically be worn for 8-12 hours before replacing.
The name translates roughly to ‘strengthen bone musk pain-relieving plaster,’ reflecting its traditional use for bone and muscle pain relief using musk and other herbal ingredients.
