What is Plum Flower – Cultivate Splendor Teapills (Yang Rong Wan):

Plum Flower – Cultivate Splendor Teapills (Yang Rong Wan–Β Β aka “Nourish Vibrancy Pills”) is a Chinese Medicine Formula based on the Eight Treasures formula (or Ba Zhen Wan) that is popular in China as a general tonic for the aging. It nourishes systemic defciencies of qi, blood, yin, and yang to address such symptoms as:

  • fatigue
  • poor concentration or memory
  • insomnia, palpitations, and/or restlessness
  • cold limbs/aversion to the cold
  • spontaneous sweating.

As well as being a general tonic, this formula is also applicable to those recovering from prolonged illness or those who are constitutionally weak. One should discontinue use of this formula during colds and flu as tonic herbs can drive the invading pathogens deeper into the body.
