This has been a lifesaver for me

For high stress job, high stress family dynamics, worry about the world etc, this Chinese herb formula supplement takes the sharpest edges off, so I don’t feel so overwhelmed. Not consciousness altering at all, I don’t “notice” it working until after the fact when I look back on a rough day, week or month. It helps take me from “I cannot cope” to “one thing at a time.” It has been immensely helpful.
