    I am not ready to give a review just yet. I have been taking mushrooms for 9 weeks and just switched from powdered shrooms (same 5) to the 5 defenders capsules. I am taking them for the purpose of shrinking a meningioma that is pressing on my brain stem. After I have another MRI, I will have significant information to share and will be happy to do so. I will contact you then.
