Plum Flower – An Mien Pian is a Chinese Herbal Medicine formula which acts to clear heat, settle the Heart, and calm Shen. It is recommended for those with insomnia, vivid dreaming that disturbs sleep, palpitations, anxiety, and stress.

An Mien Pian may be used in the following ways:

Clinical Notes: This formula contains Zhi Zi to clear heat and Shen Qu addresses food stagnation to aid digestion, making An Mien Pian a good choice to aid poor sleep after a heavy meal or due to phlegm accumulation.

Herbal Ingredients found in Plum Flower – An Mien Pian Tablets

Other Ingredients: Sucrose, Microcrystalline cellulose, Silicon dioxide, Dextrin, Hypromellose, Polyethylene glycol, Magnesium stearate

Contains wheat. The ingredient Shen Qu (Massa fermenta) is processed with wheat and may contain gluten proteins.

Dosage Instructions for Plum Flower – An Mien Pian Tablets

Take four tablets, 3 times per day (or as directed by your health care practitioner).

I could not handle the medicine. After taking it for 5 days it gave me the worst stomach pain I ever had. Stopped taking it and the pain went away. Threw the rest of the pills out.
