Properties: Feng Mi enters the Spleen, Lung, and Large Intestine channels; it is sweet in nature and neutral in temperature.

What is Feng Mi?:

The Chinese Herb Feng Mi is honey (either raw or heat-processed) produced by both Asian and/or European honey bees.

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Therapeutic Actions of Feng Mi:

Feng Mi tonifies the Spleen and Stomach to increase energy, relieve abdominal pain, and improve appetite.

Feng Mi tonifies Lung qi and moistens the Lung to address chronic cough from a variety of etiologies.

Feng Mi lubricates the bowels to treat constipation caused by dryness and/or lack of fluids that is usually (but not always) presenting with other heat symptoms.

Feng Mi removes/draws out toxins and can be used both internally (for the ingestion of toxic substances or to counter adverse reactions to herbs that have been ingested) and topically (for various heat-toxin conditions of the skin) for this purpose.
